I'm with you Al. I've been working out since the beginning of January but not doing such a hot job at my healthy eating so, while presumably I've gained muscle I have yet to see the number on the scale go down.
I was just thinking about how I need to plan my meals so it's so weird that you said that just now. If you fail to plan, you plan to fail! haha
